Where are you located?
The store is solely online, without a storefront. To meet me in person, and are in the New England area, I participate in craft fairs as often as possible. I share which fairs I will be attending on the Craft Fair page as well as posting on social media. Feel free to reach out to me via the website or social media and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes, custom orders are offered on a rotating basis. They will be noted as an option when custom orders are accepted. There is a $10 fee for custom orders.
I’m interested in one of your products, but custom orders are not currently available and I’m interested in a different color. May I request a particular color scheme?
Yes, you can request a particular color scheme. There is a $5 fee and the shipping will take longer than if you ordered the products available on the website. There are products that are exceptions as noted in their descriptions. These products do not have the $5 fee associated with them for color requests.
What is the difference between custom orders and requesting a color scheme?
Custom orders are for products that are not typically offered such as a hat or scarf made of granny squares (different pattern and technique than the rainbow scarf). Requesting a color scheme is ordering the products on the site, but instead of the grey cozy, you are looking for a green cozy.
What are your times to ship out orders?
If you are ordering an item that is already made, the item can be shipped out within 2 days. If you are ordering a custom order, please allow time for us to crochet the item. We do our best to ship out your order within 2 week from the order date, but will keep you informed of the progress of your item if it takes longer.
What type of yarns do you use?
We typically use acrylic or cotton yarn for our products. These are washable yarns that make the care of the products easy, so the products will last longer.
I prefer a yarn type don’t normally offer, such as wool. May I put in a request?
Yes, you are able to put in a request for a specific type of yarn for your product and we will provide you with the care instructions for the product as well ensure the quality and long life of your product. Choosing your own yarn, outside of acrylic and cotton, will result in a $10 fee for a custom charge.
I am interested in a color that I don’t see as an option on your website, are you able to substitute?
Yes, please reach out and we can help you with your colorway selection for any item on the website.
